| Description of Project | West Cascade awarded $230 to complete a Primary School Library Hall for volunteer J. Koch in a small village in Samoa. This project will expand an existing 4-room crowded schoolhouse to serve as a satellite classroom, study hall, library, auditorium and theatre. The community has raised over 95% of the total budget ($16,154) with in-kind and cash contributions. |
